I forbid the act of consolidating any and all of the previously mentioned BMS works into audio files for any purpose that is not private enjoyment or transformative usage ("sampling").

The music I made that does not appear on the page linked above and has been released in free compilation albums is exempted from the above terms, and may be used.

Out of respect for the people I have worked with, any collaboration between two or more music producers where I am credited is also exempted from the above terms. Please contact the other music producer(s). If you receive approval from them, this means that I also provide approval.

A. If the fact that I am ultimately a hobbyist who cannot be held to professional standards in terms of quality and delivery times is not an obstacle, please send me an e-mail with the details I should know.

A. This is almost certainly intentional, especially in the case of collaborations.
yaritaihoudie.fr does not and will never distribute BMS works resulting from the collaboration of multiple music producers.
Furthermore, there are currently no plans to distribute anything I've made that isn't BMS works at the moment.

Please note that most of my very old works are considered to be too low quality to receive a proper presentation and are grouped in a small and discreet package found at the bottom of the BMS release page.

Training of generative AI models is the only kind of transformative usage that I vehemently stand against.

If there is any desire to credit me at all, simply use whatever information is stipulated on this site.

A. Before I built やりたい放DIE! I had a moderately long and prolific period of activity where I was quite fond of releasing my works silently and anonymously using throwaway aliases. For the most part this is a remnant of those times.

A. I used to have a SoundCloud and upload my music there, long before I decided to build やりたい放DIE! and gain complete control on how I want to present myself to the world. SoundCloud always made me miserable looking at numbers, metrics, statistics, pushing me to compare myself to my peers. I also release most of my music as BMS works and I do not want people to dissociate BMS music from BMS.

I have had the idea of making a "MP3" page where you can listen to most of all my works, but there are considerations that I have yet to resolve (to cite one of such considerations, I do not want this to enable scrapper bots looking for music to train generative AI models).

A. 昔はSoundCloudに音源を上がっていたのだが、頻繁に「数字」を目にするのが精神に厳しかったので閉鎖しました。そして私はあくまで「BMS作品」を作っているので「BMS作品」として体験してもらいたいです。

MP3置き場を作るか作らないか迷ってしまいます。それをした結果で生成AIに食わせられたらみたいなことが起こったら嫌だなぁ、という悩みを抱いていますので今のところはやっていません。
